5 Types Of Tea You Should Start Drinking


Tea perhaps, is the only beverage from which one cannot stay away for long. Tea rejuvenates us and refreshes us no matter what season it is. All types of tea come from the same plant called Camellia Sinensis. What sets them apart from each other in terms of their flavour and properties is the way they are processed after harvesting. 3. WHITE TEA


It is like ‘one stop for all’ tea. Consuming this tea is like drinking the magical elixir of good health. It has three times the amount of antioxidants than its brothers and sisters.It has many antibacterial and anti-ageing properties. This tea helps prevent skin damage from harmful UV rays, helps in keeping diabetes under control, helps maintain oral hygiene, helps prevent cancer, and the list goes on.

4. BLACK TEA


 It is the variety of tea that is highly consumed in the world. It has the highest amount of caffeine in it and is rich in antioxidants that lower cholesterol level.

5. CHAMOMILE TEA


It is the tea made up from the dried and new blossoms of the herb Chamomile. This tea is known best for its calming effects on the body and mind. It helps relieve stomach and abdomen cramps caused by various reasons, helps treat insomnia, treats stomach ulcers, fights against skin inflammation and rashes, boosts immunity and has several anti-ageing properties.
